WHAT IS SWEET CRON?

Sweet corn occurs as a spontaneous mutation in field corn and was grown by several Native American tribes. It soon became a popular food in southern and central regions of the United States. sweet corn started to become widely available in the United States in the 19th century. Currently hundreds of cultivars, with more constantly being developed. It is typically find at the grocery store. A variety of this type of corn is also used to make popcorn also.
SIDE EFFECTS OF SWEET CORN:-
                          
• Corn has a high carbohydrate content, which leads to the increase in blood sugar levels. Which is not good for Diabetes patients.
• Consumeing sweet corn raw then it  leads to diarrhea.
• Corn can leads to many intestinal disorders. 
• If someone consume corn in high amounts, they are at the risk of pellagra. 
• Consumeing corn can lead to allergies and symptoms like rashes on the skin
• Corn can surely lead to weight gain because that contains sugar and carbohydrate.
• It will contains enough or more than enough starch which can cause a lethargy.
• Cron contains a good amount of fiber but an overdose of these fibers can be bad for your stomach
• Because it contains good amount of sugar will cause cavities problems for teeth.

✓ It can reduce the joint pains because it contains magnesium, iron and protein.
✓ Corn has lots of antioxidant properties which prevents the work of free radicals those causes cancer.
✓ Corn oil can helps in decreasing cholesterol absorption by lowering the level of LDL cholesterol.

PELLAGRA IS HARMFUL?

WHAT   IS PELLAGRA ? A Deficiency disease caused by a lack of nicotinic acid or its precursor tryptophan in the diet. Pellagra is characterized by skin lesions and by gastrointestinal and neurological disturbances; the so-called classical four DS of pellagra are  dermatitis, diarrhea, dementia, and death. There are two main types of pellagra, primary and secondary. Primary pellagra is due to a diet that does not contain enough niacin and tryptophan. Secondary pellagra is due to a poor ability to use the niacin within the diet. But Without treatment death may occur.
