WHAT IS BLOOD PRESSURE ?
• The force of the blood with which the blood travels round in the body. It is calculated by the walls of blood vessels.
• Blood pressure that is low is called hypotension, and pressure that is consistently high is hypertension.
• hypertension is a risk factor for many diseases, including hearts diseases, strokes and kidneys failures.
• Hypotension often goes undetected because of infrequent monitoring and the absence of symptoms.
• The Normal blood pressure is less than 120 over 80 (120/80).
CAUSE OF BLOOD PRESSURE:-
~ The Lack of physical activity done by human being.
~ Eating two much of salts in daily food.
~ History of family who have high blood pressure.
~ Drinking alcohol and smoking.
~ Human being at older age.
HOW TO CONTROL BLOOD PRESSURE (BP):-
✓We can control the BP in natural ways like Walking and doing yoga and exercise regularly.
✓ We should reduce the salt amount in regular food.
✓ We should not be stress every time we should be relax.
✓ We should quit the smoking and drinking alcohol.
✓ We should eat healthy diet food.
