WHAT IS CARROTS?

A root vegetable which is orange in colour. It was originally cultivated for its seeds and leaves.The carrot is a biennial plant in the umbellifer family Apiaceae.The Latin name of the plant is usually given as Daucus carrot. At first, it grows a rosette of leaves while building up the enlarged taproot. Fast-growing cultivars mature within three months of sowing the seed. They are in many colors like yellow, white, orange, red and purple.

SIDE EFFECTS OF EATING MORE CARROTS:-

                           
• Eating more carrots  can cause digestive problem.
• Carrot may cause an allergic reaction.
• Lower blood pressure people should avoid eating carrots.
• It cause a Carotenemia
• It may also cause miscarriage.
• Osteoporosis can cause by taking more carrots.
• If we take more carrots then intestines blockage may take place.
• It Spike the blood sugar .

PELLAGRA IS HARMFUL?

WHAT   IS PELLAGRA ? A Deficiency disease caused by a lack of nicotinic acid or its precursor tryptophan in the diet. Pellagra is characterized by skin lesions and by gastrointestinal and neurological disturbances; the so-called classical four DS of pellagra are  dermatitis, diarrhea, dementia, and death. There are two main types of pellagra, primary and secondary. Primary pellagra is due to a diet that does not contain enough niacin and tryptophan. Secondary pellagra is due to a poor ability to use the niacin within the diet.
