CABBAGE ARE HARMFUL TO HEALTH?

WHAT IS CABBAGE?

Cabbage is a leafy green, red, purple, white biennial plant grown as an annual vegetable crop. It is from Brassica oleracea family. It is high in nutritional value and has many of the same uses.

It was most likely domesticated some where in Europe before 1000 BC. People use the leaves for medicine. Women's who breastfeeds their child sometime they will apply cabbage leaves on there breast to relieve from pain and swelling.

                              
SIDE EFFECTS OF CABBAGE:-

~ Taking a more amount of cabbage it may leads to interfere Thyroid problem.
~ They are mostly insoluble type which may leads to diarrhea.
~ Cabbage will not digest fastly it can create gas in the small intestine.
~ If we consume cabbage moderately it is best because Pregnant ladies have to eat and drink every thing which best for baby but not sure about cabbage is safe side better go with what doctor says.
~ If someone is suffering from Iodine and iron deficiency then we should be careful to take eating cabbage because this may cause hypothyroidism.
~ If anybody  is having schedule of surgery's then it is better to avoid eating cabbage. It can affect blood sugar levels.

BENEFITS OF CABBAGE:-

                               
✓ If you will take Normal amount of cabbage then it is very good for digestive system which will eliminates the waste food from it and maintain good health.
✓ If someone is suffering from acute  ulcers then it is the way to strengtheing  inner layer of stomach because it contains vitamin U .
✓ It helps to me prevent hair fall and increase the growth of hair.
✓ Cabbage can Bay the cancer because it contains group of chemical compound which accelerate the estrogen metabolism in body.
✓ It is very good at treating anemia because it contains high amount of folic acid.
✓ It is also good at relief headache and  cabbage leaves in cloth and keep them on the forehead for at least one hour. It will gives after sometime.
✓ It can be used to reducing hangover.
✓ Cabbage can help to maintaining blood pressure in our body.

PELLAGRA IS HARMFUL?

WHAT   IS PELLAGRA ? A Deficiency disease caused by a lack of nicotinic acid or its precursor tryptophan in the diet. Pellagra is characterized by skin lesions and by gastrointestinal and neurological disturbances; the so-called classical four DS of pellagra are  dermatitis, diarrhea, dementia, and death. There are two main types of pellagra, primary and secondary. Primary pellagra is due to a diet that does not contain enough niacin and tryptophan. Secondary pellagra is due to a poor ability to use the niacin within the diet.
