WHAT IS AVOCADOS?

The tropical evergreen tree which bears the avocado fruit, native to Central America and widely cultivated elsewhere.
It is member of plant family Lauraceae .
It is a large berry containing a single large seed. Avocados are commercially valuable and are cultivated in tropical. They have a green-skinned, fleshy body that may be pear-shaped, egg-shaped, or spherical. This species needs a climates without frost and with little wind. Just like the banana, the avocado is a climacteric fruit.

SIDE EFFECTS OF AVOCADOS :-

• If you're taking Too many of AVOCADOS then this all types of problems may cause.
• It is not suitable for people with hypersensitivity.
• It can cause allergies in some individuals.
• Women's who are nursing mother and pregnant ladies for them it is not suitable.
• It may will cause a  like fever and vomiting etc.
• It can also cause liver damage.
• Mouth allergies are also caused by it .
• It may also cause blood thinning.
• That can cause gaining of weight which may not good for health.
• Avocados contains high potassium which not good for health.

✓ It can reduce the total cholesterol levels significantly.
✓ It can adsorb the health nutrients.

PELLAGRA IS HARMFUL?

WHAT   IS PELLAGRA ? A Deficiency disease caused by a lack of nicotinic acid or its precursor tryptophan in the diet. Pellagra is characterized by skin lesions and by gastrointestinal and neurological disturbances; the so-called classical four DS of pellagra are  dermatitis, diarrhea, dementia, and death. There are two main types of pellagra, primary and secondary. Primary pellagra is due to a diet that does not contain enough niacin and tryptophan. Secondary pellagra is due to a poor ability to use the niacin within the diet.
