WHAT IS ASTHMA?

Asthma is a breathing problem that affects the airways in the lungs. It will irritants and become inflamed and narrow making make breathing difficult. Asthma are exposed to a substance to which they are sensitive or a situation that changes their regular breathing patterns. It is a condition that just comes and goes, with no apparent reason. unfortunately, there is no cure for asthma, modern medicine has made it possible to control the symptoms.

SYMPTOMS OF ASTHMA:-

                       
• Coughing or wheezing attacks that are worsened by a respiratory virus, such as a cold or the flu.
• Respiratory infections are the most common asthma trigger in children.
• Troubling in sleep caused by shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing.
• A whistling sound when exhaling.
• Feeling shortness of breath.
• Chest tightness or pain.
• fatigue
• If a parent has asthma, you’re more likely to develop it.
• History of viral infections during childhood are more likely to develop the condition.

TREATMENT OF ASTHMA:-

                        
✓ Take a tea spoon of and mix well in hot water take it 3 times a day.
✓ Taking turmeric powder with hot water is a good remedy for curing Asthma.
✓ Taking high magnesium food like greens, nuts and beans.
✓ Anyone is suffering from asthma they should take vitamin C and D food's like green left vegetable and fruits.
✓ Ginger is one of the best fighting for asthma attack.
✓ A regular coffee can help control asthma attacks.
✓ Mustard oil can help you to clear the respiratory passages. When having an asthma attack massage your chest.
✓ Omega-3 fatty acids are important for overall health and will help your lungs to react better.
✓ They are some anti - asthma fruits like Bananas, Apples, Avocados and sweet potatoes etc.
