• Many situations can cause stress. Work, financial problems and relationship issues such as moving house unemployment, and bereavement. the list of potential stressors is never-ending.

• You're feeling tired on dark winter evenings. But you might be surprised when you will be energetic or you feel energetic after getting involved in some kind of physical activity every day.
